On May 18, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Winner Medical Vietnam Medical Supplies Manufacturing Factory Project was officially held at Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park, Quang Ninh Province. DONG HUI Co., Ltd. is honored to have been selected by the Investor as the main contractor for the project.

The project is invested by Nature Health Development International Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong, China), a member of Winner Medical Group – one of the world’s leading enterprises in the research, manufacturing, and distribution of medical supplies. The factory covers an area of more than 9.2 hectares with a total investment exceeding VND 1.5 trillion.

As the main contractor, DONG HUI is committed to mobilizing all necessary resources and implementing the project in accordance with the approved schedule while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards.
